Our client is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager. Your core responsibility is to provide superior customer service to all of your assigned clientele. Developing and nurturing a strong trust relationship with customers to understand their specific coverage requirements.
Major Responsibility
• Maximize growth through superior customer service, responsible for building and managing customer relationships with existing customers, to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new opportunities• Focus on achieving sales/revenue/KPI targets both individual and department• Understand each customer’s lifestyle and deliver professional and expert knowledge tailored to their needs• Be a Brand Ambassador; actively promote the brokerage within the community and at broker events• Assist and guide customers with coverage changes, payment options and general inquiries• Educate customers as to coverage limitations, document on system & recommend additional coverage where needed• Use every service contact as an opportunity to review, up sell coverage and provide cross sell leads to our sales department• Promptly return calls, respond to emails, voicemails and faxes• Proactively guide/counsel customer throughout the claim process. Work closely with Insurers to ensure minimal upset to the customer. This is our time to shine!• Maintain file integrity; Input and update data and document all interactions in Brokerage Management System• Address activities on a daily basis and complete in a timely manner, particularly money and time sensitive activities• Adhere to workflows for policy change requests, claims, and renewal review/remarketing of existing customers• Maintain acceptable accounts receivable• Build strong working relationship, consistently improving workflows with In House Underwriter• Contribute to team success by consistently leveraging knowledge and sharing best practices• Independently remain informed regarding industry information, government rulings, new product information, coverage and technology

Education & Experience
RIBO License Commitment to Continuing education - CAIB or CIP
3 years of Personal Lines experience
