My Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding service to our clients by assisting with policy inquiries, processing applications, and addressing client concerns. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
You will also become backup for Office Manager
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, premiums, claims, and billing inquiries
Process new insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy changes
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system
Identify opportunities to upsell additional coverage and products to meet clients' evolving needs
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in personal lines insurance or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, BMS - Powebroker would be ideal
MUST HAVE RIBO, 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE
