Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Providing a superior customer experience to prospects and existing clients• Ability to professionally explain coverages and provide recommendations based on clients’ uniqueinsurance needs and exposures• Maintain customer service standards, adhere to company guidelines, follow internal procedures andprotocols in a fast-paced work environment• Reviewing renewal letters for accuracy and remarketing• Endorsement processing• Obtain claims information from clients• Diligently follow up on accounts receivables and payments• Contribute to new business production by up selling and cross selling• Ensure all customer data and conversations is entered and maintained in client management system in anaccurate and timely manner• Maintaining professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude in problem-solving and solution-finding with clientsand co-workers

Skills and Qualifications:

• MUST hold a RIBO License in good standing• Minimum of 2 years Personal Lines experience• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills• Attention to detail and accuracy while multi-tasking• Able to work independently, and as part of a team• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, effective listening and problem-solving skills• Sig XP experience would be a great asset
