VIP Personal Lines CSR (High Net Worth) - Concord

Primary DutiesDevelop and maintain positive client relationsPositive demeanor and outlook when it comes to customer management and serviceCollaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain a strong and positive relationshipReview property appraisals reports and identify recommendationsE-Docs/Renewal lists – review and handle accordinglyManage client policy renewals as well as re-market existing clients when necessaryProcess outstanding payments and banking information changesTransact and Invoice Agency Bill PolicyFollow up on abeyance's on a daily basisQuote policy changes through CQ and company portalsAssist and Account Executives with renewals, policy changes and new businessAbility to problem solve and use appropriate judgment when assessing a risk or issue
Qualifications
RIBO Licensed
Working towards or have CIP or CAIB
Experience with high net worth insurance carriers
5-7 years’ experience in Personal Lines, included client facing and knowledge in high net worth carriers
3+ years’ experience in managing and servicing a High Net Worth Personal Lines book of business
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills
Must be able to work in office or a hybrid work model
