Our client in Vaughan is searching for an experienced Personal Lines CSR. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Servicing Personal Lines clients, responding to inbound telephone inquiries from clients and underwritersReviewing and processing new business applications, policy changes, cancellations and claimsReviewing renewals for adequacy of coverage, including re-marketing, if requiredInvoicingAdvise clients regarding insurance coverage, company products and servicesNew Business Quotes, cross-selling and up-sellingAssisting co-workers in day to day needs of the officeDocumenting, recording all conversations with clients and updating information on Power Broker and company portalsUnderstanding company’s insurance policies, policy wordings, portals and productsReading and understanding various reports (MVR, Autoplus, HITS, EZ-ITV, etc.), and underwriting questionnaires to determine degree of risk and acceptability of risk.Maintain strong relationship with customers, underwriters and co-workersSetting up new clients on Power Broker and portalsAddress client inquiries, referrals, calls and emailsPrinting Liability Slips REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:RIBO licensedMinimum 3 years of Personal Lines CSR experienceProficient in all product lines including personal lines auto, motorcycle and other recreational vehicles, home, watercraft, personal articles floaters, excess liability policies, travel insuranceProficient in Compu-Quote/AppliedDetail oriented and an analytical thinker with excellent time management skillsSelf-motivated and naturally enthusiasticStrong communication skillsExceptional phone etiquette Office is on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home Salary: depending on experience Interested?
