Overview

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies and a leader in driving the transformation of business operations through wireless voice, data services, and the Internet of Things. You’ll lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on growth and revenue generation in the enterprise sector, coaching and motivating them to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate an all-star team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Manage team performance and motivate employees to exceed targets.

Strategic Sales:

  • Oversee the sale of wireless voice, data services, and IoT solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Foster and manage strategic relationships with senior-level decision-makers at key accounts.

Account Management:

  • Guide team members in prospecting, account management, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.

QualificationsEducation

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required).

Experience

  • 4–7 years in Sales Management.
  • At least 2 years in Outside Sales.
  • 2–4 years in Technology Sales/Wireless Industry.
  • Strong background in prospecting and account management.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills for sales teams.
  • Proven success in account management and strategic selling.
  • Expertise in sales management methodologies.

Licenses and Certifications

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Travel

  • Travel required for this role.

  • Base pay range provided during the hiring process. Actual pay will depend on work location, qualifications, and experience.
