• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Texas (TX)

OverviewJoin Our Award Winning Client as a Family Medicine Physician in Quitman, TX. The ideal candidate will bring experience supervising Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and thrive in a collaborative, team-based care environment within a growing Primary Care department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise APCs

• Work in a dyad structure with a physician lead and administrator

• Ensure the physician’s voice is represented in decisions

• Support a retention rate goal of 95%

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: Half day

• 4.5-day work week

• On-call only if specified

Additional Details

• Student Loan Repayment: $25,000/year for 5 years (Total: $125,000)

• Sign-on and Relocation: Included

• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually

• PTO: 30 days

• APC Supervision Stipend: $750/month per full APC supervised (e.g., $375/month for 0.5 FTE)
