Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Home Health Admission RN in Mechanicsburg, PA. This opportunity offers relocation assistance, competitive compensation, and lucrative bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver patient care plans effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems proficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency in providing quality patient care.
• Meet critical charting deadlines consistently.
• Self-manage time and schedule efficiently.
• Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and other technological tools effectively.

Qualifications: Required:

• Associate degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience in any of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Other EMR.
  • Practice Partner EMR.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL).
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification.

Preferred:

• Home health experience.
• Hospital, critical care, or acute care experience.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 4x10s schedule, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, completing 3 SOC/day.
