Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing processes and building high-performing systems? We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement and logistics to inventory and vendor relationships. As a key player in our growing company, you’ll help drive cost efficiency, quality service, and operational excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategies and vendor negotiations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery.
Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and inventory control systems.
Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive improvements.
Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to ensure reliability and resolve issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, finance, and customer service teams.
Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain, including delivery delays and shortages.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with proven leadership success.
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainable sourcing practices.
