Role Overview:As a Field Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert supporting franchise locations to ensure they thrive. From coaching teams to optimizing operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit franchise locations to provide on-site operational support, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Help franchisees boost efficiency with strategies for inventory management, labor optimization, cost control, and menu engineering.
  • Lead on-site training sessions for teams on operations, customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Review performance metrics, identify trends, and create action plans to close performance gaps and drive revenue.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and brand consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees, acting as their trusted advisor and a bridge to corporate leadership.
  • Maintain detailed records of visits, action plans, and progress for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred) or 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • A deep understanding of operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to guide franchisees and team members.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and comfort with extensive travel (up to 50%).

Work Environment:

  • A mix of on-site visits at franchise locations and administrative work.
  • Walking, standing, and occasional equipment operation as part of training and assessments.
