Our client, a leading organization in the industrial gases and engineering sector is hiring a Territory Manager to support sales and service efforts in the Dryden region. The role focuses on developing new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, energy, welding, and food processing.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities

·         Promote industrial gas and welding solutions to meet client needs

·         Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and product demonstrations

·         Negotiate pricing and long-term supply agreements

·         Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research

·         Collaborate on marketing campaigns and new product launches

Qualifications

·         5–7 years of outside sales experience (industrial sector preferred)

·         Background in welding (brazing, pipefitting) or industrial gases is a strong asset

·         Proven sales process and client relationship skills

·         Valid G-class driver’s license required

·         High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

Compensation & Benefits

·         Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year
