About the Job:

Join our sales team and take the lead in closing deals on our products and services, ranging from $1K to $50K+. We are looking for driven self-starters with exceptional communication skills, a passion for exceeding sales targets, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning opportunities into wins. The ideal candidate will be responsible for signing and developing new business in various industries and related fields in accordance with customer staffing requirements

Compensation:

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Prospect business opportunity leads that require recruitment/staffing and HR Consulting services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet or exceed targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle. Analyzing clients’ challenging points and creating customizable solutions to address client needs
  • Connecting with hiring managers in a variety of industries who are looking for temporary and permanent employees
  • Recording names, companies, and conversations in our internal database
  • Booking and attending in person meetings from those calls on a weekly basis
  • Daily interaction and brainstorming with Senior Management Team
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a B2C or B2B role,
  • Proven experience in business development, sales and lead generation preferably in a staffing industry
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully, within 4-12 weeks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily call and sales targets.
  • Own your car and can go and see prospective clients.
  • Consistently represent Conduit HR’s values and overdeliver for client needs.
