As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and sales while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional HR consulting services.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by supporting our sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence through client calls and prospecting, conducting market research to identify new industry trends and strategies, and creating current and relevant updates on our website and social media platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our marketing professionals and assist in executing various marketing initiatives.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

·  Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.

·   Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build our online presence, engage with followers, and increase brand awareness.

·      Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential target audiences.

·  Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and events.

·  Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights to optimize future efforts.

·   Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and visuals for marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

·    Website Maintenance: Help update and maintain the company website, ensuring that content is current and relevant.

·    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

Sales

·     Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and identify potential clients.

·   Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for business growth.

·  Client Engagement: Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

·  Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, maintaining CRM databases, and generating sales reports.

·        Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve sales goals.

·        Learning and Development: Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of our services.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

     Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications,                  Business Administration, or a related field.
        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
        Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and content creation.
        Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
       Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative          Suite or Canva) is a plus. Familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools.
        Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
        Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the           ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
 

DURATION: 3 to 6 months
