As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and sales while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional HR consulting services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Accurately report and maintain inventory records

•        Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with computer records.

•        Input inventory data into the company's software system in a timely and accurate manner.

•        Generate and maintain inventory reports, including stock status, inventory transactions, and discrepancy reports.

•        Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring they match purchase orders and packing lists.

•        Coordinate and document the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

•        Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping guidelines.

•        Inspect materials and products for defects or damages upon receipt and during inventory counts.

•        Report any quality issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

•        Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.

•        Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:

•        High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience:

•        Proven experience in inventory management, quality control, or related field preferably in the manufacturing/packaging industry or in a financial or construction industry. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

• Skills:

•        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.

•        Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical Requirements:

•        Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds].

•        Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

•         This position may require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
•         The work environment may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
