BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Business Litigation Practice Group. This position is open in Boston and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, in good standing.
2–4 years of substantive litigation experience, including managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation.
Litigation Background: Experience drafting pleadings, handling filings, and preparing for/participating in depositions and court appearances.
Judicial clerkship experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team-based environment.
Soft Skills: Exceptional legal research and writing skills, a strong communicator, and a motivated, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.
Draft and review critical legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.
Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $235,000 – $275,000, commensurate with experience.
