Labor & Employment Class Action Associate Attorney / Mid-Level

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

 

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group in Atlanta.

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
  • 4–6 years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation, with a desire for trial work.
  • Experience defending wage and houremployment discrimination, and EEOC/DOL claims, including class action lawsuits.
  • Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment issues.
  • Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Defend employers in complex employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions.
  • Draft and prepare employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies.
  • Counsel clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Represent clients in depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on high-stakes employment cases and transactional matters.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $265,000 – $310,000, determined by experience and market factors, along with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentive packages.
