The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. This role manages resources, staff, and operational workflows to optimize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Plans, directs, and coordinates daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Oversees inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.
Develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
Supervises and mentors operational staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to build a high-performing team.
Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Collaborates with sales, finance, and technical teams to align operations with organizational objectives and customer needs.
Manages budgets, controls costs, and implements cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.
Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Resolves operational issues promptly, addressing customer complaints and internal challenges to maintain service standards.
Oversees facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and resource allocation to support operational needs.
Implements and monitors process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
Prepares and submits regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Stays informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, APICS) are a plus.
Work Environment: Office and operational facility setting, with occasional travel to supplier or customer sites as needed.
