Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR (Vaughan)

Position Summary:Our client is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible in servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally.
 
Salary: Depending on experiences
 
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to telephone, email and fax inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained
Renewal review, recommendations, comparison quotes and re-market when needed
Total account sales awareness, cross sell and up sell as much as possible
Action all renewals, endorsements and claims
Process change requests on Agency Manager/company portals, when needed 
Review and invoice all endorsements (and renewals, if necessary)
Issue in-house endorsements and new business on company portals, when needed
Release renewals after making appropriate changes , when needed
Prepare all supporting documents for renewals, re-markets, and/or policy changes
Scan and attach documents to Agency Manager
Issue pink slips when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assigned
Prepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc.
Action all payment issues
Maintain and complete all company underwriting requests
Report order: MVR, Auto-plus, HITS
Support other members of the team when needed 
Achieve performance metrics as set out by the Personal Lines Manager
 
Qualifications:
An active and in good standing RIBO license is required
Minimum 2-5 years of personal insurance experience
Has or currently working towards C.I.P. and/or C.A.I.B.
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
Client development/relationship management experience
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
A self-starter wanting to grow with the organization
Proficient skills in Outlook, Word and The Agency Manager (TAM)
