Our client is looking for an RIBO licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for their Keswick office who can:
- Provide excellent service to their existing policyholders by responding to inquiries, providing guidance, conducting renewal reviews, processing endorsements and new submissions.
- Ensure prompt and timely follow-up with client requests.
- Efficiently input data into broker management systems.
- Document and report claim information from clients and manage resolution processes.
- Maintain and possess knowledge of industry and good underwriting practices.
- Communicate professionally with underwriters.
- Must have RIBO License
- Powerbroker an asset
