Sales Manager BeLux – Medication Delivery Solutions

Our Award-Winning Client, recognized as a leader in the medical technology industry and operating on a global scale, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee their Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) division in Belgium and Luxembourg (BeLux). This field-based role combines sales expertise and people management, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare solutions in the region.

This position includes scheduled work-from-home days but requires field-based responsibilities. Candidates must be based within Belgium or Luxembourg to meet the needs of the role.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager for MDS, you will report directly to the Country Business Leader for MDS Benelux. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategist, driving commercial initiatives that align with both regional and international objectives. Your leadership will inspire the team, foster growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the commercialization strategy, ensuring alignment with European and local business goals.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to create annual business plans that exceed regional targets, focusing on market opportunities and growth drivers.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a sales team of up to six full-time employees, driving high performance and skill development.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key accounts, executives, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and understand market needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for sustained sales growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and effective representation in broader business discussions.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of senior-level sales experience in the healthcare industry, including people management.
  • Skills:
    • Proven success in solution selling and delivering innovative healthcare solutions.
    • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and leveraging analytics for data-driven decisions.
    • Strong leadership abilities within multinational environments.
    • Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
    • Innovative and adaptable mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
