General Manager

As General Manager, you’ll lead operations at our Rocky Mount location—a barbecue restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and celebration of African heritage. The décor reflects this cultural pride, creating a warm and authentic dining experience for guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running.
  • Support in maintaining the quality of food, beverages, and facilities.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Have high energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to support the restaurant's operations.
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service general management experience
  • Proven success in building sales.
  • Strong front-of-house background.
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent in P&L management.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences without sacrificing the integrity of the business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
