General Manager

As the General Manager, you will support the General Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running.
  • Maintaining the quality of food, beverages, and facilities.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Help develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Have high energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to support the restaurant's operations.
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven success in supporting high-volume locations with revenues above $5M annually.
  • Strong front-of-house background.
  • High energy and willingness to relocate as needed.
  • Fluent in P&L management.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
