Qualifications Required

• Doctorate degree

• 1+ years of experience in any of the following:

  • Otolaryngology

  • Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Minnesota (MN)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general ENT services

• Potential to practice independently (solo provider model)

• Oversee and supervise clinical and support staff as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary + RVU productivity model

• Two-year contract with renewal options

• $200,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two parts: half at signing, half at start; forgiven over 4 years)

• Relocation assistance available (up to $10,000)

• Continuing Medical Education (CME): 10 days + $5,000 allowance
