Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with care teams to develop and deliver patient care plans.
• Provide care to patients within Jeanette, PA and nearby areas.
• Maintain accurate, timely charting using TruChart EHR and other EMR platforms.
• Self-manage your time and schedule efficiently.
• Consistently meet all clinical and documentation deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care that aligns with patient needs and organizational standards.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Monday–Friday: 8-hour day shifts
• On-Call Requirements:
• 1 evening per week (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• 1 weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday)

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical quality experience
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Experience with EMR systems (including TruChart EHR or other EMRs)
• Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid Driver’s License (DL)
• Open to required travel
• RN License Number

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
