Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 1+ years of healthcare experience

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • Practice Partner EMR

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

Preferred:

• Please provide your PT license number.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania

• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience

• Current driver’s license with the ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• Ability to self-manage time and schedule

• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; full-time; 1 weekend/month; 2 holidays/year; no on-call

Travel:

• Local travel to residential homes

Compensation:

• Position Type: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) – see attached PT PPV rates for details, as rates vary based on service type and experience level.

• Bonus: $15,000 First Year Success Bonus

• Pay Rate: PPV $64-$75/visit
