Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients from birth to age 21

  • Develop and implement customized care plans tailored to each child’s needs

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to extend therapeutic techniques into home routines

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship initiatives

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a patient-first environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current or pending Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for pediatric therapy

  • No security clearance required

  • U.S. work authorization required (Visa sponsorship not available)
