Position Overview:

Our Award Winning Client, a nationally operating and highly acclaimed healthcare system, is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Pediatrician to join their thriving practice located on the main medical campus in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Position Highlights:

• Become part of a team that includes 5 Pediatricians and 2 Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners.

• Office is ideally located just steps from the hospital and within walking distance of a prestigious regional medical campus affiliated with a nationally recognized medical school.

• Monday through Friday clinic schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Reasonable on-call responsibilities (approximately 1 in 5), supported by Family Medicine senior residents who handle first-call duties.

• Participate in inpatient newborn teaching rounds approximately every fifth week, collaborating with Family Medicine residents and medical students.

• Work within a supportive infrastructure including:

  • 24/7 Neonatology coverage for deliveries and consultations.

  • Dedicated Pediatric Emergency Services.

  • Pediatric Hospitalists providing continuous inpatient coverage.

  • Select ambulatory pediatric specialty services.

• Backed by a health system that provides excellent administrative support and a focus on service expansion and development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Pennsylvania medical license.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience Level: Open to new graduates and early-career physicians

• Seniority Level: Entry-level or Associate

• Management Experience: Not required

• Minimum Education: MD or DO

• Willingness to Travel: None required
