Seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of customer engagement technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-driven CX platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to implement cloud solutions aligned to business requirements.
Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
Configure integrations with CRM, analytics, and workforce management systems.
Train end-users and administrators on platform capabilities.
Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
Qualifications:
3–5 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles in SaaS.
Hands-on experience with at least one ecosystem (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA).
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
Project delivery experience with enterprise customers.
