About the Role:
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales cycles by aligning customer needs with innovative CX technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI, and Workflow Automation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and design tailored solutions.
  • Deliver technical demos, presentations, and proofs-of-concept.
  • Translate customer requirements into architecture designs and integration blueprints.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services for smooth handoff of won deals.
  • Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmaps with field feedback.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 3–5 years of PreSales or Solutions Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for executive and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/RPA platforms strongly preferred.
