We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales cycles by aligning customer needs with innovative CX technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI, and Workflow Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and design tailored solutions.
Deliver technical demos, presentations, and proofs-of-concept.
Translate customer requirements into architecture designs and integration blueprints.
Collaborate with Professional Services for smooth handoff of won deals.
Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmaps with field feedback.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of PreSales or Solutions Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for executive and business stakeholders.
Experience with CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/RPA platforms strongly preferred.
