About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing implementations of customer engagement technologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage cross-functional project teams across Sales Engineering, Solutions, and Product.
  • Create project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers during implementations.
  • Provide regular status updates and manage change requests.
  • Ensure best practices for deployment of CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/Automation platforms.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS deployments.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level technology rollouts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
