Responsible for overseeing implementations of customer engagement technologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional project teams across Sales Engineering, Solutions, and Product.
Create project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers during implementations.
Provide regular status updates and manage change requests.
Ensure best practices for deployment of CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/Automation platforms.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS deployments.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven track record managing enterprise-level technology rollouts.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
