About the Role:
The RVP will own a regional sales organization, driving growth across customer engagement platforms such as cloud contact center, unified communications, workflow automation, and AI-driven CX technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives or Channel Managers.
  • Drive enterprise customer acquisition within a defined territory or vertical.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Build C-level relationships with enterprise accounts and strategic partners.
  • Deliver consistent growth against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership roles in CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/RPA.
  • Experience scaling teams and expanding market share in highly competitive sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline and forecasting accuracy.
