About the Role:
The CRO will own all revenue-generating functions of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success. This role is pivotal in shaping market presence across next-generation customer engagement technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Define and execute the company’s revenue strategy across direct and indirect channels.
  • Lead and align global GTM functions to deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and investor-facing revenue reporting.
  • Expand strategic alliances with hyperscalers, CX tech partners, and global SIs.
  • Drive competitive differentiation in CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, AI, RPA, and analytics.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 15+ years in enterprise SaaS revenue leadership, with 3–5 years at C-level.
  • Proven success managing $100M+ P&L.
  • Experience leading both high-velocity and enterprise sales motions.
  • Boardroom presence and ability to fundraise or support investor relations.
