The VP of Sales will lead North American revenue operations for a high-growth technology company. This includes direct sales, channel strategy, and partnerships across customer engagement verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and execute overall sales strategy, including segmentation and territory design.
Build and scale a high-performance sales organization (20–50+ AEs/RVPs).
Define compensation plans, quota assignments, and pipeline standards.
Align GTM strategy with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Report to CEO/Board on forecast, growth strategy, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
12+ years of sales leadership with 5+ years at VP level.
Deep knowledge of cloud communications, CX SaaS, AI, or workflow automation.
Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling sales organizations.
Track record of delivering consistent double-digit annual growth.
