The Director will lead a team of PreSales Engineers and Architects, ensuring consistent technical strategy and alignment across enterprise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants and Architects.
Standardize best practices for demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical wins.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership on GTM initiatives.
Ensure solutions are competitive and scalable across enterprise deployments.
Qualifications:
10+ years in PreSales/Solutions roles with 3+ years in leadership.
Proven ability to scale PreSales organizations in SaaS or communications tech.
Deep expertise in CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/CPaaS ecosystems.
Ability to influence product roadmap and strategy based on customer needs.
