About the Role:
Seeking a Channel Sales leader to expand revenue through reseller, VAR, and system integrator partners across the customer engagement technology ecosystem. Focus areas include CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, and Conversational AI.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners.
  • Drive joint business plans with master agents, distributors, and technology alliances.
  • Manage MDF spend, partner marketing campaigns, and lead-sharing programs.
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver quarterly revenue targets through indirect sales channels.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 7+ years of partner/channel sales in enterprise SaaS or communications tech.
  • Proven track record of building channel ecosystems in CCaaS/UCaaS/CPaaS markets.
  • Strong network of master agents, VARs, and system integrators.
  • Experience managing $10M+ revenue targets through indirect channels.
