About the Role:
The VP or Chief Services Officer will lead all Professional Services functions globally, ensuring that enterprise customers achieve rapid time-to-value from next-gen CX platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Define global services strategy, delivery model, and partner enablement.
  • Manage global utilization, margins, and services revenue targets.
  • Develop partnerships with major system integrators and consulting firms.
  • Oversee enterprise programs, multi-region rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
  • Represent services function with Board and executive leadership.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 15+ years in Professional Services leadership, preferably at global SaaS companies.
  • Deep understanding of contact center, communications, and CX transformation projects.
  • Proven success managing $50M+ services organizations.
  • Ability to drive services-led revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
