The VP or Chief Services Officer will lead all Professional Services functions globally, ensuring that enterprise customers achieve rapid time-to-value from next-gen CX platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define global services strategy, delivery model, and partner enablement.
Manage global utilization, margins, and services revenue targets.
Develop partnerships with major system integrators and consulting firms.
Oversee enterprise programs, multi-region rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
Represent services function with Board and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
15+ years in Professional Services leadership, preferably at global SaaS companies.
Deep understanding of contact center, communications, and CX transformation projects.
Ability to drive services-led revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
