About the Role:
We are seeking high-performing Sales professionals with experience driving revenue in the customer engagement technology ecosystem. This includes solutions such as CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Workflow Automation, Voice Biometrics, Call Recording/Compliance, and CX Analytics platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute a territory or named-account plan to drive net new revenue and grow existing accounts.
  •  
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Customer Experience, CIOs, and CTOs).
  •  
  • Collaborate with PreSales, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to deliver tailored value propositions.
  •  
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  •  
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (e.g., Enterprise Connect, CCW).
  •  
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.
Qualifications:
 
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in at least one relevant technology vertical (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI, RPA, or CX SaaS).
  •  
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals with enterprise customers.
  •  
  • Strong understanding of channel/partner ecosystems, including resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances.
  •  
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both executive and operational audiences.
  •  
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth and competitive markets.
