We are seeking high-performing Sales professionals with experience driving revenue in the customer engagement technology ecosystem. This includes solutions such as CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Workflow Automation, Voice Biometrics, Call Recording/Compliance, and CX Analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory or named-account plan to drive net new revenue and grow existing accounts.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Customer Experience, CIOs, and CTOs).
Collaborate with PreSales, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to deliver tailored value propositions.
Drive consultative sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (e.g., Enterprise Connect, CCW).
Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.
Qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in at least one relevant technology vertical (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI, RPA, or CX SaaS).
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals with enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of channel/partner ecosystems, including resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both executive and operational audiences.
Self-starter who thrives in high-growth and competitive markets.
