Responsible for architecting and validating large-scale customer engagement solutions across voice, digital, AI, and analytics. Works directly with enterprise accounts and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Own solution design for strategic enterprise deals.
Architect multi-product deployments, including CCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, and RPA integrations.
Guide customers through technical evaluations and integration planning.
Provide thought leadership on CX transformation and cloud migration strategies.
Mentor junior Solutions Consultants and support complex deal cycles.
Qualifications:
7+ years of Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting experience.
Expertise in enterprise integrations (CRM, WEM/WFM, analytics, ERP).
Deep technical knowledge of cloud communications, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
Track record supporting multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
