Seeking a Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, events, and content creation that drive awareness and pipeline across cloud communications and CX technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
Support trade shows and industry events (Enterprise Connect, CCW).
Create sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
Coordinate with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market activities.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, or related SaaS sectors preferred.
