About the job:

· Positive demeanour and outlook when it comes to customer service, be known as a 'go to person'

· Process outstanding payments and banking information changes on company portals

· Issue liability slips and certificate of Insurance for commercial and personal lines clients

· Transact and Invoice Agency Bill Policy.

· Process New Business and Renewals, client letters, cancellations

· Complete First Insurance Contracts for new business and renewals

· Follow up on abeyances on a daily basis

· Assisting account managers with daily tasks

· Other duties may be assigned

· Required to be in the office minimum 2 days a week

Required skills:

· Must have a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license in good standing (RIBO)

· Minimum 1-2 year experience as a TSR (Technical Service Representee REQUIRED)

· Excellent Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills with Microsoft Office experience.

· Ability to work as a team and work well under pressure

· Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills

· Accurate and detail-oriented
