Your Role:We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager who can drive operations, inspire teams, and create unforgettable guest experiences. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to lead a polished, fast-paced, hospitality-forward concept that values quality, service, and culture.

You’ll oversee all daily operations, ensure service excellence, and bring strong business acumen to the table. Your leadership will impact everything from team morale to bottom-line performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing FOH and BOH team with vision and heart

  • Set and maintain exceptional service standards to deliver top-tier guest experiences

  • Drive staffing, scheduling, and training to support a collaborative, high-energy culture

  • Oversee food and labor costs, manage inventory, and monitor key financial metrics

  • Partner with the culinary team to keep the menu fresh, seasonal, and on-brand

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Own local marketing and promotional efforts to build traffic and loyalty

  • Stay on top of industry trends and local competition to keep us ahead of the curve

  • Report on performance and operations to senior leadership with clarity and insight

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in restaurant management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Strong financial management skills and operational know-how

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

  • Passion for food, people, and delivering hospitality at the highest level

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and composed under pressure

  • Experience in fine dining or upscale casual concepts preferred
