Location: Wichita, KSSalary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 base annually

The Role

As the General Manager of this established, high-volume full-service restaurant, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your team to success while maintaining the standards and culture that keep guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to achieve sales, labor, and cost targets

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

  • Ensure outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards

  • Execute marketing initiatives and engage in the local community

  • Maintain compliance with all operational policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in full-service or upscale casual dining

  • Strong financial management, people leadership, and operational skills
