Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals.
Budgeting & Reporting: Lead annual budgeting, produce accurate financial statements, and deliver timely reports.
Performance Improvement: Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend actions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and robust internal controls.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, including fraud and operational vulnerabilities.
Capital Management: Optimize capital structure, oversee investments, and negotiate financing with lenders and investors.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team with an emphasis on growth, integrity, and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with ownership, HR, operations, and franchisees to support financial decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of financial leadership, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, or franchising.
CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to improve financial systems and drive measurable results.
