What You’ll Do:
Lead back-of-house operations, including ordering, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure high-quality food preparation and service that aligns with our elevated but approachable concept.
Train, coach, and develop culinary staff to perform at their best.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with ownership and the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
