POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

Our client, a leading law firm with a commitment to excellence and innovation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position offers flexibility to work both from home and in the office, with periodic in-office presence for meetings, events, and training. Based in our operations center in Brandon, Florida, this role focuses on recruiting professional business services staff across our 35 U.S. and international offices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  •       Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: post job openings, source, screen, interview, and select top talent for professional business services roles.
  •        Collaborate closely with hiring teams, including directors and C-level executives, to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  •        Build and manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines using Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems.
  •        Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
  •        Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  •        Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and extend job offers while negotiating employment terms.
  •        Manage third-party recruitment firms, contracts, and relationships as needed.
  •        Provide ongoing support to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  •        Stay current on recruitment trends, employment laws, and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
  •        Work on special HR projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •        5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
  •        Familiarity with the legal industry and assigned markets.
  •        Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  •        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  •        Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  •        Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and assess cultural fit.
  •        Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  •        Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers, applicants, and external recruiters.
  •        Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  •        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and sound judgment.
  •        Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

 

Minimum Education:

 

  •        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is required.

 

Standard hours of work: Monday through Friday. Some late nights and weekends may be required.

Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds at times.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
