In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor—resolving inquiries, guiding users, and making sure our clients feel valued and supported.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide product guidance, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience

  • Accurately track and manage customer interactions using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms

  • Proactively follow up to confirm successful outcomes and customer satisfaction

  • Identify patterns in feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services

  • Recommend improvements to optimize our customer success processes and workflows

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal

  • A proactive, empathetic approach to understanding and solving customer challenges

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly and effectively
