Join Our Team as a Client Support Specialist!
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and ensuring every detail is handled with care? We’re seeking a dependable and service-driven Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide a smooth, reliable support experience from start to finish.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat—providing prompt, professional assistance
Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate solutions
Maintain up-to-date client records and track case progress using CRM or support systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
Monitor open tickets and proactively follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
Gather client feedback and identify recurring issues to help improve support processes and client experience
Assist in onboarding new clients by providing helpful resources and support
Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization under pressure
Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
