Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot problems and offer accurate, timely solutions

  • Log and manage support cases using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or other ticketing systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure resolution

  • Follow up with customers to confirm successful outcomes and maintain satisfaction

  • Monitor common issues and share feedback to help improve systems, tools, and documentation
