Starting Pay: $29/hour
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot problems and offer accurate, timely solutions
Log and manage support cases using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or other ticketing systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure resolution
Follow up with customers to confirm successful outcomes and maintain satisfaction
Monitor common issues and share feedback to help improve systems, tools, and documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Clear communication, both written and verbal, with a calm and professional tone
Ability to multitask while staying organized and attentive to details
Comfort with learning and using various software platforms and support tools
