Are you passionate about helping people and creating meaningful connections? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Member Services Representative to provide outstanding support to our members. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact—ensuring each member feels heard, supported, and valued throughout their journey with us.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Serve as the first point of contact for members via phone, email, or chat—answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering helpful guidance
Assist with membership inquiries such as account updates, benefits, billing, and service offerings
Provide personalized support to ensure members understand and maximize their benefits
Accurately document all member interactions in systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms
Follow up with members to confirm resolution and satisfaction
Share feedback and common trends with internal teams to help improve the overall member experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional tone
A customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and active listening skills
Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multitasking
Comfort working with digital systems, CRM tools, and member databases
Dependability, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility when handling member needs
