Shape Exceptional Journeys as a Customer Experience Coordinator!

Are you passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and improving every touchpoint? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to help elevate the way we serve and support our customers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the customer journey—ensuring every interaction is smooth, consistent, and impactful.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a central point of contact to coordinate customer communications, resolve issues, and ensure a consistent experience

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat), ensuring timely and effective solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Customer Support, Sales, and Operations—to ensure a seamless customer journey

  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms

  • Assist with customer onboarding, engagement campaigns, and retention initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a desire to improve processes

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
